Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will this project take?

    Project times can very due to availability of materials, weather, and possible Change Orders. Start dates will depend on whether or not final plans are available. If final plans are not available, this could take anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months. It is important to discuss this with your Architect.

  • How many projects do you have in progress?

    We are a small construction company, but as most companies we have multiple projects in progress at any given time. We strive never to overcommit so that yours, or any other project, will not be delayed.

  • Is an Architect required?

    For some small projects an Architect may not be needed, but on additions, larger renovations, and new home construction, an Architect will be required. If you are not familiar with any Architectural firms, we can certainly refer you to one.

  • Do we have to exclusively use your sub-contractors?

    We do have sub-contractors for every aspect of your project, but we are always open to working with on that you request.
